1. Agreement
By using StitchingMate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Scope
StitchingMate is a software platform for tailoring-business operations including customer records, orders, calendar events, payments, expenses, and reporting.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for account credentials, data accuracy, and activity under your account. Please use strong passwords and restrict unauthorized access.
4. Payments and Wallet
Platform subscription billing is processed through supported payment channels. You agree to applicable messaging quota and shop governance policies configured for your shop.
5. Data and Ownership
Your operational data remains yours. Export features are provided so you can retrieve your records when required.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. Illegal or abusive usage is prohibited.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance and upgrades may temporarily affect availability.
8. Liability
StitchingMate is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piriyathu LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
